The Quaker Valley High School wrestling team finished the 2024-2025 regular season with a commendable 12-7 overall record, maintaining an undefeated 3-0 streak in league matches. They achieved their 7th consecutive section championship and 7th consecutive state qualification.
Throughout the season, the team participated in various tournaments and dual meets, securing victories over Moon (35-28), Avonworth (51-24), and Carlynton (54-18).
In the WPIAL team tournament, Quaker Valley advanced to the semifinals with victories over Elizabeth Forward (54-18) and Freedom Area (48-23) and secured a fourth-place finish.
Senior Jack Diemert and junior Bruce Anderchak joined the Century Club, securing over 100 wins in their High School Careers.

Reflecting on the season, Coach Austin Heinl expressed pride in his team’s development and grit. “I thought the team battled hard and had some nice individual wins. It may not be the results we trained for, but I’m sure we would feel a lot worse if we didn’t earn our way to this point,” Heinl said. The Quakers are now looking towards the individual Postseason with seasoned veterans and emerging talents alike looking to find success.
